All patients should be able to verbally express any malfunctions or dissatisfactions they may have, as well as their comments and suggestions, to the people in charge of our clinic departments:
The doctor for all issues relating to patient care; the health manager for all other issues.
If this is not possible, or if you are not satisfied with the explanations you receive, you can either: send us a complaint using the form below or contact us by email: contact@clinique-med.com.
All complaints will be passed on to management. You will receive a prompt response, which may take between 48 hours and 8 working days depending on the complexity of the complaint.
This response may not be final as the investigation of your complaint will require information to be gathered from the relevant medical department teams.
This initial response will inform you that, if you wish, you can request a meeting with a member of our clinic management team. This manager may or may not be a member of the medical staff.
Our teams are at your disposal to answer all of your questions, comments, complaints and requests for explanations. Our contact center is available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
